Refund Policy

 

You may return products for a full refund providing the following conditions are met:

 

A.     You must notify ZEROLL prior to returning any product.

B.     Returns will not be accepted if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has not been issued.

C.     You must request a return for a product within 30 days of receipt of the product.

D.     The product must be undamaged and unopened.

E.      You are responsible for all shipping costs to return the product.

F.      A restocking fee may apply.

G.     Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.  If a return is the result of our error, we will pay for the return shipping costs.

 

No refunds will be issued without prior authorization from ZEROLL.

 

Shipping and Damage Claims

 

If your product arrives damaged, do not accept delivery.  At a minimum, ensure any and all damage is marked in detail on the shipper’s delivery receipt.  You must notify ZEROLL within 24 hours of the attempted delivery to allow us to report and file a damage claim with the shipper.  If there is concealed damage to the product, ZEROLL must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.  If notified within 24 hours, we will schedule a reshipment.  After 24 hours, ZEROLL is no longer responsible for damaged products.
